Yes, they are crops

I wouldn't be positive the wash code is WDS. It probably isn't. Because almost all of the colors of WDS A pockets had different codes (like the baby blue is BAB, the red A capri is TOM, the lemons are LEM, etc). I got them new with tags, but there was no sticker
